We can host your site.
We will be happy to host any site that we design.
We charge $20 for hosting setup and $20/month prepaid quarterly. Commerce
sites cost $100 for hosting setup and $50/month prepaid quarterly. Hosting includes
email, 100 MB storage space, 500MB transfer, stats, secure server, and everything else you
expect from a full service hosting provider with 99% guaranteed uptime and full support.
Of course, you can host it with any other provider.
We deliver your finished site to you on CD and we will publish it directly to your
host's server.

We make sure your site looks good.
We design and test on PCs and Macs, using Internet
Explorer, Netscape, and Opera. We design our sites to look good on multiple resolutions to
ensure that at least 99% of your visitors will find your site professional and
presentable, and 100% of your visitors will be able to conduct business or get the
information they need.
Since we put an emphasis on loading speed, you will
find that our sites not only look good but load directly... even on lower connection
speeds. After all, we don't want your visitors to leave because they are bored of waiting
for your site to load :o)
You are in control.
Your taste is the most important factor in how we
build your site. It is very important to us that you are happy with how your site
looks and functions. Our site worksheet
will help us determine just what you want and how much it will cost.
Since it is your site, your taste will
always prevail. Sometimes, a particular design feature can have an effect on
marketing the site or how it functions. We will point out any drawbacks for your
consideration, and explain what potential limitations they might have. It is up to
you to decide whether you want to stick with your original design or let us find another
solution.
You can change your mind.
You are entitled to a full refund within 24 hrs. of
signing the contract. After which we will refund your money less the total hours
worked at our standard hourly rate of $50. No discounts will apply to any hourly
charges due to project cancellation.
What is your responsibility?
- Have your material ready. If
you don't have the material ready, we can't work. It is your responsibility to have
as much material as possible in digital format before we begin.
- Be on time if you want your site to go live on
time. It is your responsibility to get us your site material in a timely
fashion. Consistent delays (more than 3 missed appointments, meetings, or deadlines
to submit material) will cause your project will be moved to a secondary level of urgency
with an open deadline. We can not issue refunds to customers who are consistently
delaying the project.
- Communicate your thoughts. If
you don't like something it is your responsibility to let us know right away. We can
not fix something that we don't know about.
- 50% of the agreed upon amount must be paid before we
start and the remaining balance upon completion of your site.
